What comes to mind when you hear the word “Abundance”? Most of us think of abundance on a material or financial level, yet true abundance fills us up spiritually. When we are living our lives in abundance, we are usually living in alignment and experiencing life as our truest self.
When we are living an abundant life, we are thriving on all levels: spiritual, emotional, physical and mental.
How do we manifest an abundant life?
Manifesting works on the principals of “Law of Attraction.” This law states that “like attracts like.” Even if we have not yet achieved full abundance in our lives, the law states that we live our lives “as if”, and manifest abundance with positive thoughts and words, and what we project out into the universe.
The Law of Attraction is extremely powerful and works on the premise that the thoughts we project out to the universe attract energy. Negative thoughts and words attract negative energy, situations and people – and visa-versa.
Have you ever woken up in the morning in a bad mood? Our day usually unfolds in a series of unpleasant events. The more our negative state of mind and words we express to others, continue throughout the day, the worse our experience gets.
It’s important to meditate for at least 10 minutes every morning before your mind gets distracted by a million things. By meditating, we set the tone for our day.
You can start your meditation by asking God, the universe, or whatever higher power you believe in, for whatever it is you want to manifest in your life. You can follow this by a silent meditation, and when you are done, you can express gratitude to your higher power for everything you already have in your life, and for the new experiences and people you want to manifest into your life.
It’s important to practice gratitude every day. The more you express gratitude, the more you attract abundance into your life.
